“Manzetta dei laghi” is a selection made by Luciano Bifulco in the farms he knows and trust the most, among the Masuria’s lakes, in Poland.
Thanks to the balanced diet, the “Manzetta dei Laghi” selection offers meat extremely tender and with a smooth taste.

Black Angus Bifulco’s Farm (aged from 60 to 90 days)
Our Black Angus are born in Ireland and grew in our farms where they live in a state of semi-wildness in the untouched nature, with a diet 100% veg. These factors allow us to have an Angus meat of the highest quality of an intense taste nevertheless tender and amusing.

Vaca Vieja Bifulco’s Selection (aged from 60 to 90 days)
A worldwide known meat, unique in the persistent taste and irresistible smell, it comes from the cows, fed with herbs, corns, natural fodders. They lived free all their lives, developing the characteristic fat which is tending to yellow.

Gran Riserva Bifulco (aged from 150 days)
The meat of the Gran Riserva Bifulco are meat super aged, left over 180 days in our “caveau”. To age the meat we utilize the dry aging method: a process of maturation of meat, in the special cells with controlled temperature and ventilation forced. The longer the process, more intense became the smell and a firm and marked taste it takes.

Cross-Breed Wagyu Luciano Bifulco Selection
The Cross-Breed is the accompaniment of the masculine line of the well known Japanese race of our farms. The result that comes from it is a delicious meat, with a significant degree of marbling. Soft and juicy at the palate, it has a fine taste, delicate but still, unmistakable.
